The Academy of PE, has been created specifically for primary teachers in Scotland to have all their Physical education content available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week at their fingertips.
The academy's holistic approach to physical education encompasses mental, emotional, social and physical health through the delivery of quality lessons, utilising all the resources available on this platform.
Our comprehensive tool kit offers schemes of work, activity knowledge delivered through our key fact sheets and the ability to create your own lesson plans with the materials provided.
Our live videos show in-person delivery of the activities and our mindful health section has a wealth of resources including a student toolkit, gratitude journals, activity sheets, 4-week courses as well as our unique audio of meditations that you can simply press play & deliver in class.
This platform is truly unique as it is created and continually updated by subject specialists and mental health professionals. The quality of what’s on offer is exceptional. All you need to enhance your skills as a teacher and plan fun, enjoyable and differentiated primary PE lessons in Scottish schools.
The site is updated throughout the year with additional materials added monthly. Alongside this program, we offer in-person training, yearly reviews of your PE timetable and staff mental well-being courses. The updates are communicated regularly through our newsletters and free monthly video updates.
Finally, we also offer something truly exceptional and unique as part of the subscription service. We offer mental health support, delivered by our trained mentors. This service is a live interactive platform available at specified times 7 days a week. Simply log on and click on the live chat to gain support when required.
